1. Wrong Size or Non-Defective Product Returns:
– No refunds or returns will be provided for wrong size orders or non-defective products.
– Rquest to refer our size chart before placing the order/s.
2. Defective or Wrong Size Product:
– If you receive a defective or wrong-sized product, exchange within 7 days of delivery with proper proof.
For Exchange/Replacement:
– Initiate a return within 7 days with unboxing details of the order, issues, videos, photos, and packaging.
– After pickup, we’ll check the condition if found genuine case then we will ship the new product(s).
– In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due any of your actions or omissions,
then exchange will not be done.
– Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Clearance Sale/Discounted Products:
– Products on clearance or discounted sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. Color Matching:
– Product colors may slightly differ from images due to lighting and display variations.
5. Careful Unboxing:
– Unbox packages carefully to avoid damage. If damaged during unboxing, refunds or replacements are only possible if:
– Unboxing videos are provided.
– Images of the damaged courier packaging are sent.
6. Package Damage at Delivery:
– If the package is damaged upon receipt, note the damage in the delivery remarks for claims with the courier.
